U.S. Shipping Policy – FREE shipping on all orders over $25.* Orders under $25 incur a $5 shipping charge. Items are shipped by UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional charge with USPS Express as well as UPS delivery options (2 Day, Overnight, etc.). Items are usually shipped Monday-Friday, within 24 hours of payment. (No shipping on weekends or holidays) Orders received over the weekend are shipped on Monday. *Free shipping excludes Hobie products.
International Shipping Policy – We try to make shopping with us as economical as possible for International customers. Orders that can fit in a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope are shipped for $20. Larger orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx and vary depending on weight. Please note, shipping totals at checkout might not be accurate.
International Customs Taxes & Duties – We get asked frequently to mark items as ‘gift’ or declare a very low value. In our ongoing attempt to conduct business with integrity, we will not falsify any customs documentation. All import duties & taxes are paid by the buyer.
Prohibited International Items – Some items are not available outside of the U.S. Prohibited items will say so on their respective page. Please view each item’s page for details.
Return Policy – Was it not what you expected or the wrong size? No problem! We will exchange or refund any items in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Please email us before mailing anything back to us. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees as well as a 15% restocking fee.
Pickup Policy – Orders can be picked up during regular business hours at our retail location in Gig Harbor, WA. Please let us know immediately if you are planning on picking it up so we don’t go ahead and ship.
